Very worth the money

It was conveniently located within 5 minutes from National Taiwan Hospital MRT station, and actually only approximately 10 minutes away from Taipei Main Station. It was beside a museum but we didn't find a chance to visit it. Bed was really comfortable; in fact we stayed at 3 different places on this trip and this room had the best bed. TV signal was stable and toilet was clean with good water pressure. Did not try the bathtub though.

You can't throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl but they have a bidet. The toilet is separated to two compartments, one for the toilet bowl and one for the bathing area. They had translucent glass doors so you can see the silhouette of whoever is doing their toilet business...It didn't bother me much but I imagine some people might not appreciate this. Also the sink is within the room (not exactly within the toilet). Again, it might bother some people, but I think it allows multiple people to use the toilet for different at same time (e.g. you can brush teeth, someone else can poop and someone else can bathe at the same time). There's no hooking area to hold things while you are bathing though and that was the only thing that truly bothered me. But for the price I think this room is very worth the money.

If I travelled to Taipei again, I would book this hotel for sure!

The location was near the NTU Hospital metro station so it is very accessible. Also, it is very near Ximending Night Market, parks, and museums so I couldn't ask for more. Plus the staff are very helpful and they can assist you in calling for taxi or just writing down the Chinese names of the places that you need to get into. There are also convenience stores nearby as well as noodle shops. If you are not as adventurous, you can always rely on 7-11 and Family Mart.

The rooms are not as sound proof.

1) Amazing location and very close to the MRT lines, restaurants and convenience stores

The shower cubicle was a little mouldy (black mould). But not much. Maybe this can be taken care of.

Decent but will not stay again

convenient location. quite comfy beds.

rooms are too small, toilet and shower facilities are separate. there were freaking three or more mosquitoes in the room that we killed eventually. extremely bad soundproofing of the water facilities I.e. we could hear loud pumping noises whenever guests next doors are using the shower/washing in the basin. got woken up multiple times because of that. our room had windows and surprisingly the soundproofing was so bad we could hear street cars and scooters pretty clearly. not a comfortable hotel to stay in for multiple nights but definitely a good one for a 1 night rest or so. door has bad soundproofing, good luck if you stay near the lift or high traffic section - you hear every commotion in the corridor.

Comfortable and convenient stay

The hotel is in a great location, check in was smooth and everything was super clean. Accessible by a short walk from Taipei Main Station.

The bathroom and shower don't have a door, it's only a glass divider which is open on top. This is not comfortable when 2 people are staying in the room. There is some street noise too, which I believe is impossible to avoid, especially with all the busses and trucks' beeping at every turn.

location!

the only flaw is that the room and the toilets are not walled off from one another. you can smell your partner if he uses the toilet. it is literally just glass partition (not up to the ceiling) separating the toilet area and the bedroom

Good location, rooms in a really good condition

I like the location of the hotel. Close to the main station and the museum, park etc. Rooms are in a really good condition. Was there already twice and will go there again. Staff is really helpful.

Price for the room this time was a bit high, especially it was a deluxe room with a bath tub on the balcony on the 11th floor. Unfortunately the balcony is a bit run down and not a nice place where you really want to spentuch time except for taking some pictures. Would be really awesome to take bath there if it would redone a bit.

Good stay in the city centre

The location is great. Only a few minutes walk from Taipei Station Exit Z6. Opposite a good size park and 5 minutes walk to the MRT station. Easy to find restaurants, cafes and convenient stores. The size of the room is big enough for a hotel in the city centre.

My room was located at the 1st floor (2F). The window wasn't soundproof properly so it's quite noisy. The traffic is very loud (buses passing by even later at night) so light sleeper needs to ask for a higher-up room.
